We have extensive experience in evaluating energy use and implementing energy
savings programs for homeowners, commercial building owners, and industrial facility
managers. We also have experience in ENERGY STAR and LEED for Homes verification
& certification, home energy ratings (HERS ratings and Louisiana HERO ratings),
building energy use modeling for tax credits/deductions & LEED for New Construction
certification, residential & commercial HVAC consulting, including chilled water and hot
water systems, packaged rooftop systems, thermal energy storage, air-source heat
pumps, and geothermal heat pumps. Furthermore, we have designed solar electric
power systems for residential and commercial buildings as well as remote power
stations. Moreover, we have extensive experience in air sampling and surface sampling
for indoor biological and chemical contaminants. We have performed indoor air quality
assessments, air & surface sampling, and remediation plan development for school
districts, commercial building owners, and homeowners.
